I AM SURE I FELT MY ANGELS KISSES FLOATING THEY WERE IN THE BREEZE
FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MONTHS I FELT MYSELF SMILE
EVERY MOMENT WE SPENT TOGETHER YOU MADE SO WORTHWHILE

I GAZED TO THE BLUE SKY ABOVE AND WHISPERED I LOVE YOU
THEN I SUDDENLY SAW THE BEAUTIFUL BUTTERFLY AND I KNEW THAT IT WAS TRUE
MY ANGELS HAD COME TO VISIT ME JUST FOR A MOMENT IN TIME
I DID FEEL YOU SO CLOSE I WANTED YOU IN THESE EMPTY ARMS OF MINE

Christmas without you here with me,
can never possibly be the same.
But I carry an Angel within my heart;
one so precious, who has your name.

An Angel forever watching over me,
at Christmas time and over the year.
Although you can’t be here anymore,
inside my heart, you are so very near.

There is no special present for you,
wrapped under my Christmas tree.
But I have a greater gift to give to you,

It's flames flicker oh so bright
And keep burning well until morning light

I light it at night..
And first thing at dawn
This Golden candle is in loving memory of you..
To remember when you were born

For my love i remember it all you see
And this candle will burn bright for eternity

The flames will burn bright
With such warmth and glow
Why God took you my love we will never know

If the wind blows the candle out
Remember my loved one..
Just give me a shout
For this candle for you will stay glowing night and day
